A special meeting of the Board was held on this date at the Church.

A motion to pay $33.60 on note was carried.

Secy was instructed to notify National Board that this Church had amended by-laws making its church year to end July 1^st and that Rev. Mr. Tyner has accepted call to this parish till that time.  The meeting then adjourned
