I think one day I’d love to get a tattoo for being UU and I was wondering what would be a good symbol for it... I know there’s a chalice with fire and I thought about having a hand representing a chalice and fire over the hand would be cool! But what else do you think represents the religion best?

I believe that each religion has a truth to it and that there’s one god who takes on different forms...that would mean polytheistic and monotheistic can apply to the rule...and that prophets are the messengers of that god that is up there. I also believe that we are humans so we can’t know 100% what god is like and that is why we can’t 100% believe what text says like the Bible etc because it was written by humans and changed so many times by humans... do I fit with you guys?
