I keep seeing the schedule for upcoming UU years/locations, and I'm wondering if/when GA is supposed to start being every OTHER year?

I thought the cost/strain on the national denomination was getting to be too much, and for cost-considerations, there was a major proposal to go to an "every other year" schedule, which I'm all but positive was ratified.

Or did it change back? Or am I remembering wrong?
